Just in case you forgot, MTV is airing a new Danity Kane special tonight. "The Rise And Fall of Danity Kane" will air tonight at 9pm, the same time as Making the Band usually comes on.

MTB FINALE: YOUR THOUGHTS?

So tonight's episode of Making The Band was the Live season finale. We got to see Day26 perform about 3 times, as well as Donnie Klang, who performed a song from his album. The girls of Danity Kane were brought out & reunited for the first time since the break-up, but Aundrea was the only one who didn't show up. Shannon relayed the message that she loved her fans, and needed to be with her family right now.

The stage was full of tension, in my opinion. All of the fans were wondering, what are they thinking? What's gonna happen? After minutes and minutes of talking over each other and trying to get the last word in, Diddy walked on stage. Diddy told the girls that he'd let everyone out of their contract, that there will never be another Danity Kane without the 5 original members, that he will be doing another show - looking for anoter girl group, and that it was a pleasure working with them.

Sway asked the girls the big question at the end, basically saying, "Do you think Danity Kane can get back together?" Aubrey's response was "yes", if everything can work out. D.Woods' was leaning more toward "no", because she has solo deeds to conquer, and Shannon's response was "not right now". There really wasn't any closure, in my opinion. They said they might reunite for another season and try to work things out in the future, but just not right now.

MTV TO AIR HOUR-LONG SPECIAL ON DK

MTV is said to be premiering an hour-long special about DK, titled, "The Rise and Fall of Danity Kane." The special is suppose to air next Thursday, April 30th at 9pm, which is the Making the Band time slot. [Source]

DANITY KANE VISA CARDS + NEW ALBUM?

So last Fall, it was reported that Danity Kane would get their own branded VISA cards. No updates or any type of confirmation since.

Now, the Danity Kane prepaid VISA card is available! MYPLASH posted on their site this card, which features a very hot photo from what is said to be a promo from Welcome to the Dollhouse. The Artist Info page says that Danity Kane is "In Studio / Recording", and that their new album will be titled, "From The Ashes". Hmm...

AUBREY WILL BE AT THE MTB FINALE!

Another great post for the DK fans! Aubrey O'Day has confirmed her attendance at the Live Making The Band Finale! Aubrey posted this tweet on her official Twitter page. Already confirmed to attend is D.Woods, and we can basically say Dawn & Drea will be there. What about Shannon? Let's hope for the best. The Finale will be live in NYC this Thursday. Let us know if you're going!

D.WOODS CONFIRMS ATTENDANCE AT FINALE!

More great news for the fans out there! D.Woods has confirmed on her official website, as well as her Twitter, that she will be in attendance at the Live Making The Band Finale this Thursday, April 23rd!

Cant surprise you guys for nothing!!! so many of yall have been hittin me up about the Making The Band Finale and I guess I just have to admit…YES I’m stopping through! Don’t ask me what’s gonna happen, Im in the dark right along with you guys. But based on the antics this season has displayed, I hope you guys will be routing for a POSITIVE visit and pray for me while in that atmosphere. Despite all that I am looking forward to the trip, informing you guys on how I’m doing and many of you seeing me for the first time in a while. SO TUNE IN!!!

DANITY KANE TO RE-UNITE?

Good news, people! I'm sure you've heard by now, but rumor has it that Danity Kane will be reuniting on the live finale of Making The Band this Thursday. It was semi-confirmed on the last episode by Diddy, and now MTV confirms it!

Special Appearances By Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs, Day26, Donnie Klang and Danity Kane Share the Same Stage for the First Time Since Their Break-Up

New York – April 14, 2009 – MTV will air a two-part season finale of hit series “Making the Band 4″ beginning Thursday, April 16th at 9pm ET/PT and ending with special event “Making the Band 4: The Final Chapter” to air Thursday, April 23rd at 9pm ET/PT. In part one, viewers will watch as Dawn and Andrea find out if they will continue their career as Bad Boy artists, when Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs reveals the fate of Danity Kane. Day26 is faced with the dilemma of moving forward even if it means that they will do so without their band mate Q. The drama culminates on April 23rd as MTV Correspondent Sway Calloway hosts part two: a special finale event. Day26 will also perform songs from their sophomore album.

The finale event will event will give viewers a chance to reflect on the most talked about moments from this season — from the separation of Danity Kane to tumultuous road taken by Day26 to complete their new album. Viewers will also watch as the members of Danity Kane come together for the first time since their separation to speak directly to their fans. Donnie Klang will update fans with details about the next stage of his career.

Sean “Diddy” Combs, Ted Iredell and Perry Dance serve as executive producers. Jacquelyn French is the MTV executive overseeing the ‘Making The Band’ franchise. Francesca Spero is Producer for Bad Boy Entertainment.

AUNDREA KICKED OUT OF DANITY KANE

On Thursday night's episode of Making The Band, Diddy sat down with the two remaining members of the group — Dawn & Aundrea. We've waited basically for the whole season for a verdict on what's going to happen with the group, or what's left with the group. Here's what he said:

"You're a great person, you're a great girl, but if I did another group, I wouldn't feel comfortable doing a group with you," he told Aundrea. "I've given a lot of thought and I'm gonna let you out your contract too."

"As far as for you, Dawn, I still want to make music with you. I still want you to be signed to the label," he said. "And if I decide to put back together Danity Kane, then you'll be the only member that'd still be there."

He continued, "This isn't a decision I wanted to make. To be honest, y'all girls made this decision for me."
